  • Security & abuse prevention: detect fraud, prevent unauthorized access, and enforce our Terms.
  • Customer support: respond to requests and fix bugs.

3. AI photo processing

When you upload a photo, we process it using our AI pipelines to generate the requested result. We do not claim ownership of your input photos. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the content (including images of other people).

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary depending on the data type (e.g., account records vs. operational logs).

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Photur.AI, such as hosting, databases, authentication, and payment processing. In particular, PayPal acts as an independent controller of payment data under its own policies.
