These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Photur.AI (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Photur.AI provides AI-powered photo transformation tools. Outputs may vary and are provided "as is". We may update or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility & account security

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your content & rights

  • You retain your rights in the photos you upload ("Inputs") and the images you generate ("Outputs").
  • You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process Inputs, including consent from any individuals depicted where required.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate laws or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • generate or distribute illegal content or content that promotes harm
  • bypass security, abuse rate limits, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service

5. Subscriptions, PayPal, and Credits

  • Payments are processed by PayPal. Your purchase may create a subscription that renews automatically until cancelled in PayPal.
  • The Service may grant usage credits ("Credits") upon successful payment. Credits are used to access certain generation features.
  • Credits are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • If you cancel a subscription, you retain any Credits already granted unless we detect fraud, chargebacks, or misuse.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

Except where required by law, subscription payments and Credits are non-refundable. If we receive a chargeback, reversal, or dispute, we may suspend your account, revoke benefits, and reset Credits to prevent abuse.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if we detect abuse, or if required to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Photur.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
